Short answer: On ShareYourFans® Pro, your Fanvue drop post is scheduled for you automatically, and the "Scheduled this Post" proof screenshot is pasted in for you, so a drop never depends on you being online. A Fanvue drop closes at 20 creators, or after 24 hours once at least 3 creators have dropped, and the collage then lives on more.fun™ and our X and Bluesky accounts for good.

  • Free plan: you schedule your drop post on Fanvue yourself and upload a screenshot as proof.
  • Pro: the drop post is auto-scheduled and the proof is done for you, and scheduled posts go out even with your computer off.
  • Pro is $35/month for your first profile and $25/month for each extra profile, with a 7-day free trial that charges nothing up front.

Full disclosure: we make ShareYourFans®. FreeVues, a free directory of Fanvue creators, also appears below. Fanvue's features quoted here come from Fanvue's help centre (checked September 2026).

1. What does ShareYourFans® Pro schedule for a Fanvue drop?

Pro takes the two manual jobs out of every drop: posting the collage on your Fanvue page, and proving you did. A drop is like an SFS with up to 20 creators, and every creator in it shares the same collage on their own page. Here's who does what:

Joining drops is free on every plan. Pro is the part that runs the drop for you after you've joined.

Joining is yours, on every plan. To join a drop in the app, you pick an emoji, write a caption of exactly 3 words, and type your profile tag, which on Fanvue is your @username. Our software writes the caption on the drop post itself. Your photo has to be safe for work (Instagram-safe, fully clothed, no emojis covering anything) and a photo of you, the verified creator; every collage photo must be SFW to stay in compliance with our credit card processors.

2. How does a Fanvue drop close, and when does your post go out?

A Fanvue drop closes at 20 creators, or after 24 hours if at least 3 creators have dropped, whichever comes first. Until it closes, nobody knows the final collage, so the posting happens after the close.

  1. The drop is open. Creators join, each with a photo, a 3-word caption and their @username. Our drops are hosted by our own custom Telegram bot; random people can't join, and in groups with minimum stats, the bot checks every creator meets them.
  2. The drop closes. It hits 20 creators, or 24 hours pass with 3 or more in.
  3. The collage is built. Our admin makes the collage. The first spot goes to a random creator chosen by spin wheel. We never put ourselves first.
  4. The drop goes live. The collage appears on more.fun™, and our software posts it to our X account and Bluesky account.
  5. Your post goes out at the set time. Every creator in the drop schedules the collage, with the caption we provide, for the set time. On the free plan, you schedule it yourself on Fanvue and send a screenshot as proof. On Pro, you schedule it inside our app: pick the platform and the collage, paste the caption, and set the exact post time and the expiration. The "Scheduled this Post" screenshot is added for you.

3. How long does a Fanvue drop post stay up?

There are different kinds of drop groups, and the most common one asks you to keep the drop post up for 24 hours. Check the group's rule when you join.

Fanvue has a tool that fits this: its help centre says you can set a post to automatically remove itself from your profile after a set time, up to 30 days ahead. That means a drop post can come down on its own once its time is up, instead of you remembering to delete it.

On Pro, you set the expiration when you schedule the drop post in our app, so it comes down on its own once its time is up. On the free plan, Fanvue's expiring posts setting does the same job.

The collage on your Fanvue page is the short-lived part. The copies on more.fun™, X and Bluesky stay up forever, which is why we call it lifetime free promo.

4. How do you plan a Fanvue week around drops on Pro?

Plan drops, SFS and your own posts in one sitting, so your feed has a mix and nothing collides. Scheduled posts and scheduled mass DMs on Pro work on Fanvue, and they go out even when your computer or browser is off.

A sample week:

DayWhat's scheduledWhy
MondayYour own post; join a dropYour new fans should land on fresh content of yours
TuesdayDrop post goes out (auto-scheduled)Up for the group's required time, often 24 hours
WednesdayOne SFS; a mass DM to your followersSFS is a one-to-one swap; followers can receive your messages
ThursdayYour own postSpace between collages
FridayJoin another dropA second group, maybe with different minimums
SaturdayDrop post goes out; one SFSUp to 3 SFS in each 24-hour cycle
SundayCheck your numbersSee what your swaps' tracking links brought in, and how your fans moved after each drop

Three rules to plan with:

  • Scheduled posts and mass DMs go out without a price. Plan them as posts and messages your fans can see without paying.
  • Each profile is scheduled on its own. If you run more than one Fanvue profile, you schedule each one separately; there's no single calendar for all of them, and Pro is priced per profile.
  • SFS has a daily limit; drops don't. Up to 3 SFS in each 24-hour cycle. Drops are separate: there's no cap on how many drops you can join, as long as you deliver on each one. We recommend no more than 2–3 pinned drops a day, and 5 at most, so your feed still feels like yours.

5. How did Fanvue drops work before ShareYourFans® Pro?

Before Pro, every drop was a small job you had to be awake for, and in typical Telegram drop groups the reward didn't last.

  • The collage expired after a day in typical Telegram drop groups.
  • Every post was manual. You watched for the drop to close, then posted the collage yourself.
  • Every proof was manual. You screenshotted your post and sent it in.
  • Stats had to be re-proven. On the free plan, you re-verify every 30 days.

6. How do you track which Fanvue drops work?

Drops use your @username, not a separate tracking link for each drop, so a drop won't give you its own per-drop count. Give every other traffic source its own Fanvue tracking link, so the fans who arrive outside those links are easier to read.

  • Note each drop you join: the group, the date and the photo you used.
  • One link per SFS partner, so swaps don't blur into drops.
  • One link for each directory you're listed on. If you're on FreeVues, the free directory of Fanvue creators, its tracking link is named "FreeVues", and every click and subscriber from it shows on your Fanvue dashboard. That keeps directory traffic separate from everything else.
  • Followers vs subscribers. A drop can bring free followers as well as subscribers. Followers can receive your messages, so a welcome message is your next step either way.

7. Risks and tradeoffs

  • Too many collages crowd your feed. Space drops out and keep your own posts scheduled between them.
  • A drop's reach depends on who joins. A collage that closes at 3 creators reaches fewer fans than one that fills to 20; keep notes on which groups you join, so you know which to rejoin.
  • Scheduled posts carry no price. Your automated posts and mass DMs are content fans see without paying, so plan them that way.
  • Pro is per profile. Each Fanvue profile is scheduled and priced separately.
  • Followers aren't subscribers yet. A drop that brings mostly followers needs follow-up messages to turn them into paying fans.

FAQ

Can ShareYourFans® Pro post my Fanvue drop for me?

Yes. On Pro, your Fanvue drop post is scheduled automatically, and the "Scheduled this Post" screenshot is pasted in as your proof. Scheduled posts go out even when your computer or browser is off.

When does a Fanvue drop close?

A Fanvue drop closes at 20 creators, or after 24 hours if at least 3 creators have dropped, whichever comes first. The first collage spot goes to a random creator by spin wheel.

How long do I have to keep a Fanvue drop post up?

It depends on the drop group. The most common kind asks you to keep the drop post up for 24 hours. The collage itself stays on more.fun™ and our X and Bluesky accounts forever.

Can I schedule Fanvue drops on the free plan?

You can join drops on the free plan, then schedule your drop post on Fanvue yourself and upload a screenshot as proof. Pro automates both steps. Pro is $35/month for your first profile and $25/month for each extra profile, with a 7-day free trial that charges nothing up front, and you can cancel anytime.

Can scheduled Fanvue posts or mass DMs have a price?

No. Scheduled posts and scheduled mass DMs on ShareYourFans® Pro can't carry a price, so plan them as content your fans can see without paying.
