Short answer: A Fansly drop is a group promotion where many Fansly creators share one collage and each posts it to their own fans. To plan one, join a verified drop group that fits your niche and size, submit a slide fans want to tap, keep your post up for the group's full time, and track it with a Fansly tracking link.
- Where: verified drop groups for Fansly on ShareYourFans®, free to join.
- What you send: a safe-for-work photo, a short caption and your link.
- What you check after: the claims, follows and subscriptions on that drop's link.
Full disclosure: we make ShareYourFans® and host its drop groups. For Fansly's expiring posts and tracking links, we followed Fansly's own Help Center articles (September 2026).
1. What is a Fansly drop?
A Fansly drop is a shared promotion: as many as 20 Fansly creators appear in a single collage, and every member posts that image for their own fans in the same round. It's the group version of a shout for shout (SFS), where you'd trade with one partner. A group stops taking creators as soon as its collage holds 20, or once it has been open for 24 hours with at least 3 creators in it, whichever happens first.
Drops cost nothing on any ShareYourFans® plan: you join them, and that's it. Each member's Fansly stats are verified first, so the faces next to yours come with checked numbers.
2. Where can Fansly creators join drop groups?
Fansly creators join drop groups on ShareYourFans®, and every group serves one platform only. A bot of our own runs them, which keeps strangers out and applies each group's entry minimum automatically.
How to pick one:
- Platform first. Join a group for Fansly, with a link to your Fansly page.
- Size second. Groups are tiered by fan count, and No Minimum groups put smaller pages next to bigger ones.
- Niche third. Members who post content like yours have fans who are likelier to tap your slide.
- Timing last. Drops run often, across niches and time zones. Choose one whose posting window you can make.
For the filters (platform, state, members, due date), see our Help Center guide to finding drop groups.
3. How do you plan a Fansly drop, step by step?
- Verify your Fansly stats. Free-plan stats are renewed every 30 days; on Pro they're pulled daily.
- Join an open group that matches your platform, size and niche.
- Prepare your slide: an SFW photo of yourself in keeping with the group's theme, three words plus one emoji for the caption, and your link.
- Make the link a Fansly tracking link named for this drop, so its results stay separate.
- Post on time. Drops run to a deadline. Free Essentials members queue the post themselves and send a screenshot as proof; Pro members have both handled by our software.
- Set the expiry. Fansly lets you schedule a post to expire with the calendar-and-trash-can icon in the post composer. Set it to the end of the group's required time, and the post comes down by itself, not early.
- Check the link a week later and note which group it was.
4. What happens once your Fansly drop is live?
Once the drop is live, the collage keeps working well past the day itself.
- The first spot is random. A spin wheel picks who leads the collage, and we never take that spot ourselves.
- It lives on more.fun™. Every drop becomes a slideshow, one slide per creator with photo, caption and link, opened from the drop's Fun-Pass code, a link or a QR code.
- It's posted for you. Our software shares each collage on our X account and our Bluesky account, and none of it is taken down.
Because the slideshow keeps circulating, keep your Fansly link working long after your own drop post has expired.
5. How do you tell if a Fansly drop worked?
You tell if a Fansly drop worked from the tracking link you made for it. Fansly's guide to tracking links says each custom link reports claims (visitors who clicked and logged in or signed up), follows, subscriptions and revenue.
- Claims but few follows: fans looked and moved on. Check your profile and your offer.
- Follows but few subscriptions: fans are interested but not paying yet. Fansly lets you send a mass message to followers who aren't subscribed.
- Subscriptions and revenue: rejoin that group.
Fansly also gives every creator built-in tracking links for its For You page, Suggestions and Search, so you can compare drop traffic with what Fansly sends you directly.
Free plan or Pro for Fansly drops?
| Free Essentials | Pro | |

| Joining | Free | Free |
| Posting your side | You queue it in Fansly | Scheduled for you |
| Proof | You upload a screenshot | Added for you |
| Stats | Renewed every 30 days | Refreshed daily |
6. Checklist: your next Fansly drop
- Fansly stats verified and current.
- A Fansly group that fits your size and niche.
- A fresh SFW photo, not last week's.
- Three words and one emoji.
- A fresh Fansly tracking link named after the drop.
- Your post scheduled inside the window, with proof submitted.
- An expiry set to the group's required time, not earlier.
- The link checked a week later.
7. Risks and tradeoffs
- It uses your timeline. Every drop post features other creators; keep plenty of your own posts around it.
- The wrong group is a wasted round. A poor niche or tier match shows up as claims with few subscriptions.
- Skipping or deleting early has a cost. Ghosting a drop, or pulling your post before time, can cost you access to our platform.
- Free means manual. On the free plan, scheduling and proof are yours; Pro automates both.
- Judge over several drops. Fans keep arriving from the slideshow later, so one drop is a small sample.
FAQ
Where can Fansly creators join drop groups?
On ShareYourFans®, in verified groups set up for Fansly pages. Members verify their stats before joining, our bot runs each group, and it costs nothing on any plan. Filter for groups that match your size and niche.
Is a Fansly drop free?
Yes, completely. Every creator can join drops at no cost. The only difference between plans is effort: free members queue the post and send the screenshot themselves, and Pro takes both off your hands.
How long does my Fansly drop post have to stay up?
As long as the group requires; each group states it. Fansly lets you schedule a post to expire at a set time, so set the expiry to the end of the required window and the post will come down on its own, never early.
Does a Fansly drop bring followers or subscribers?
It can bring both. Use a Fansly tracking link for the drop: it reports claims, follows, subscriptions and revenue separately, so you can see whether a group sends paying fans or just followers.
What happens to the collage after the drop?
It stays up. Every drop becomes a more.fun™ slideshow opened from its Fun-Pass code, link or QR code, and the collage is shared on our X and Bluesky accounts, where it isn't taken down.
