1. Why is OnlyFans chatting so hard to keep up with?
OnlyFans chatting is hard to keep up with because every fan expects you to remember them. A fan who tipped last month, told you their name, and asked for a custom wants you to pick up where you left off. Multiply that by dozens of chats a day, and things slip.

Smart Replies help when you're not sure what to say next. The AI reads the recent messages in the chat you have open, up to the last 100, and suggests replies that fit the conversation. You pick one, edit it if you like, and send it yourself.
Guided Replies help when you know what you want to say, but not how to say it. Type something rough, like "thank him for the tip and tease the new set," and click Upgrade Reply.
Conversation Summary helps with long chats. Before you answer a fan you haven't spoken to in weeks, click Summarize Chat and catch up in seconds instead of scrolling.
3. Is this an AI chatbot that replies for me?
No. Our AI suggested replies never answer your fans while you're away. We aren't a chatbot service, and we don't plan to become one.
We built it this way on purpose. The AI gives you ideas and guidance, but you're the one who taps the reply you like, edits it if needed, and hits send. That protects you, because AI isn't perfect. Now and then it might suggest something you wouldn't want to say, and you catch it before your fan ever sees it.
It also keeps your chats feeling human. Fully automated chatbots can make it obvious that a fan is talking to a robot. With our suggested replies, every message still goes out because you chose it, in your voice.

Fan notes let you keep details about each subscriber right beside the chat. Our extension calls this Fan Insights: notes on your subscribers and followers, their messaging history, and engagement tools, all in chat. Fan Insights is a Pro feature.
Instead of a spreadsheet, the note is right there when the fan messages you. Write down their name, what they've bought, and what they like, and it's waiting next time.
